Additional responsibilities would include: coordination and planning of CME educational conferences internally and with outside institutions; assist in the scheduling and coordination of tumor board, and other educational conferences, with the ability to work across multiple institutions; manage travel and research reimbursements in both Workday and with outside institutions; ability to work with clinical research team, PI, and administrative staff to provide research administrative support including grant submissions, contracts, and other confidential agreements/invoices across multiple institutions.Salary range is $54,860 - $66,634 which includes a comprehensive benefits package. The listed pay range reflects the range of potential compensation for this role. The actual offer may vary based on qualifications, skills, and experience.Qualifications:Required Education and Experience
1. Associate’s degree and the equivalent of four (4) years of full-time secretarial or related experience; or
2. High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of five (5) years of full-time secretarial or related experience.
NOTE:
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
Preferred Qualifications
The preferred candidates should have a strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. The preferred candidate should demonstrate the ability to work independently with good problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively across multiple organizations. In addition, the preferred candidate experience managing multiple physician schedules with ability to coordinate with clinical and other administrative teams.
