Administrative Assistant II

Adecco is assisting one of their top clients with their search to fill an **Administrative Assistant in New York, NY:**
+ $23.40 p/ hour.
+ **Hybrid:** M-F 8:00am – 5:30pm (3 days in-office, 2 days’ work-from-home (flexible))
+ Preferably in office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
+ Temporary position
**Qualifications:**
+ **HS Diploma or GED**
+ **3-5 years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role.**
+ **Experience managing multiple executives and complex calendars is highly desirable.**
+ **Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).**
**Responsibilities:**
+ **Excellent organizational and time-management skills.**
+ **Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.**
+ **Experience working with senior-level executives and international visitors.**
+ Manage and coordinate complex calendars for multiple executives, resolving scheduling conflicts and prioritizing appointments.
+ Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, and prepare detailed itineraries.
+ Process and reconcile expense reports accurately and efficiently.
+ Coordinate logistics for executive visits, including international visitors, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
+ Provide general administrative support as needed.
+ Comfortably push back on calendar needs when necessary.
+ Navigate shifting meeting schedules

**Pay Details:** $23.40 per week
