Administrative Assistant II - Power Delivery (TTRS)

The Office Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, providing administrative support to various departments, and ensuring a productive and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents. Manage office budgets and track expenses. Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained. Support HR with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records. Plan and coordinate office events, meetings, and team-building activities. Handle confidential information with discretion. Manage contractual agreements from start to finish, including negotiation, documentation and
execution.  Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate proposals, change orders, and contract
documentation. Handle proposal edits and submissions in a timely and efficient manner. Assist the management team with contract-related queries, ensuring clarification and understanding of
terms and conditions.  Monitor contract performance by determining compliance parameters and assisting with resolution and
mitigation strategies.  Maintain an organized and searchable contracts database for future reference and auditing purposes.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred. Proven experience as an office coordinator, administrative assistant, or similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or similar role within the contracting or construction
industry. Knowledge of legal requirements involved with contracts

Compensation: $32.00 -$42.00 Hourly based on experience.
