The International Mobilization Administrator (iMob Admin) shall serve The Navigators and fulfill the responsibilities listed below in the spirit of The Navigators calling, values and purpose: To advance the Gospel of Jesus and His kingdom into the nations through spiritual generations of laborers living and discipling among the lost.
This position provides administrative support to all functional areas of mobilization not provided by the Field Support Center. This includes Recruitment, Short-term Missions, iEDGE, and Missions mobilization.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Administrative Support – 90%
Provide administrative support for the Recruitment and Mobilization teams: schedule and coordinate team meetings, document meeting notes, assist with meeting agenda priorities, track candidate progress and identify associated administrative needs, and manage team action items.Identify and provide administrative systems support to all teams within International Mobilization.Track and report metrics for short, mid, and long-term launches (quarterly).Assist potential candidates in executing necessary recruiting tasks and coordinate follow-up. Maintain, track, and improve the candidate journey via Hubspot. Respond to all potential candidate inquiries within 48 hours (not including weekends).Support conference organizers and the recruiting team with logistical needs.Coordinate event logistics for Recruiting Summit, Launch Summits, iEDGE Summits, and other events as needed. Duties include: secure event location, provide technical support, procure and produce all documents and materials, facilitate childcare, and order food.Maintain recruitment and launch documents in collaboration with iMob Leadership Team (monthly).Maintain and support the World Missions website. Assist the iMob Leadership Team with trip set up and other necessary website changes.Manage Mission Interest Survey forms and Receiver Invitation to Apply forms.Maintain discretion and confidentiality of information.Additional Responsibilities – 10%
Participate in Navigators’ on-site learning and development events, Cultural Development and Diversity trainings, or other non-Navigator developmental events as appropriate.Participate in annual processes, such as the organizational Plan and Progress Review (PPR), Engagement Survey, Reaffirmation of the Navigators Code of Conduct, Calling-Core Values-Vision, Statement of Faith, Driver’s Authorization, and other releases as required.Maintain regular communication with all functional directors of World Missions for operational responsibilities and workload management.Attend planned Home Team functions.Clear monthly expenses for World Missions in cooperation with the functional directors.Assist Staff Care with the Family Gathering.Read spiritually and culturally developmental books and literature.Submit time worked on a weekly basis through the Workday Time Tracking system.Submit expense report as needed due the 15th of each month.Complete weekly alone time with God.Other job-related duties as assigned.CORE COMPETENCIES

Spiritual: Belief in and adherence to the Statement of Faith and Mission of The Navigators. Knowledge of Navigator missions, ministries, and networks preferred.
Experience: 2-3 years of administrative or job-related experience required.
Technical Knowledge & Skills: Medium to high skill level in Microsoft Office applications and CRM database. Ability to learn new software.
Communication & Leadership: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including verbal & written, to create understanding and build strong working relationships required.
Education: Associates degree (required); Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
Compensation Range:$17.38-23.00/hour
