Administrative Assistant III
Our Client, a Mortgage Financing company, is looking for an Administrative Assistant III for their Washington, DC/ Hybrid location. Responsibilities: + As a valued colleague on our Office of Minority and Women Inclusion (OMWI) and Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) team, you will provide support to the Senior Vice President-Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer (SVP-CDIO), Vice Presidents (VP), Front Office and Program Management Team by supporting routine and non-routine clerical and administrative functions including but not limited to sending correspondence, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, arranging meetings and providing other administrative tasks as needed. You will be a member of the OMWI which is responsible for working collaboratively with stakeholders across Client to embed diversity and inclusion into all business and activities of the enterprise, while managing related regulatory requirements, driving a culture of inclusion and belonging and measuring progress across various strategic initiatives. You will be reporting directly to the Chief of Staff.
