The Opportunity: Contribute To The Growth Of Your Career.
Support initial review of contract review requests from internal business partners.Set up and administer matters in matter management/legal billing system (CounselLink), and use system to generate reports.Outlook calendar management and scheduling. Draft and type correspondence and other documents.Assist with production of presentations; create high-quality graphic and text layouts.Process expense reports in an accurate and timely manner.Work with company travel department to coordinate travel.Assist with other administrative support needs from the Commercial Contracts team and others, as needed.
Who We Are Looking For: You.
Associates degree or equivalent certificate program preferred3 years of experience in an administrative support capacityMust possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).Self-starter with ability to work and solve problems independently.Ability to move from one task to another quickly and prioritize work.Demonstrated diligence, attention-to-detail and follow-through skills.Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.Experience with legal billing, matter management and document management systems a plus.

This position has a starting pay range of $25.10 to $34.50 per hour.
