Our client, a prominent company based in Conshohocken, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team on a contract basis. This role is responsible for daily office operations and will work closely with the Office Manager to ensure smooth and efficient administrative support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, personable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Points:
Work closely with the Office Manager to ensure efficient daily office operations.Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and internal team members.Maintain office organization, including scheduling, supplies, and common areas.Support administrative functions such as mail handling, phone management, and document processing.Assist with company projects, events, and office-wide communications.About You:
