Administrative Assistant (In Office)
Our **Administrative Assistant** performs administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors. Duties include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, accounts payables, medical records requests and filing. Extensive software skills are required, as well as strong communication skills. **This role is location in our Southfield corporate offices 5 days/week.** Join us with an attractive benefits offering: + Competitive pay + Medical, dental, and vision insurance + 401K with matching funds + Life Insurance + Employee discounts + Tuition Reimbursement + Student Loan Reimbursement Responsibilities: + Maintain operations and clinical reports + Track operations/clinical/marketing PTO + Update and confirm conference room availability for required meetings + Maintain cleanliness and appearance of conference rooms + Books travel and conferences. as needed. + Order food for meetings + Kitchen duties: clean-up, make coffee, and refill empty drawers, cupboards, soap dispensers and paper products + Refill paper in copiers and fax machines as needed + Assist with Account payable invoices- Post invoices, stuff/seal & mail checks + Yearly blanket credit card authorizations: upon first visit to preferred hotels for authorized employees + Allocate monthly cell phone statements into cost centers + Assist Auditors in arrival and departure of AP boxes from and to facilities as their progress determines-1st back up + Answer incoming and direct incoming calls as needed. + Plan office parties for special occasions; order decorations, table clothes, occasion specific place settings, send calendar invites, pick up cakes and or deserts order meal or catering. + Place office supply orders weekly; check in and disperse accordingly Requirements: + Minimum two year degree or equivalent. + Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions (Microsoft Suite) + Able to project a professional image + Strong organizational and analytical skills; oral and written communication skills.
