Your overall jobs will include utilizing the defense travel system, submiting request through the BASIC system and other administrative duties as assigned. Provide high level administrative support bvy conducting, research, preparing reports, handling information requests and peforming clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls ,and scheduling meetings.

Responsibilities Enter travel orders and vouchers for test teamWork closely with BFMs Submit BASICS requests for visitorsCreate purchase requests for test team needs and provide documentation to BFMs when deliveredWork with facility coordinatorsUtilize Microsoft TEAMSSchedule and setup meetingsCoordinate access to building and rooms as necessaryPrepare correspondence Qualifications Must have 3 to 10 years of experienceA Bachelor's Degree may be substituted for 4 years of work experience a Master's for 2 additionalPrior DTS experience desiredPrior BASIC experience requiredMust be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.The salary range for this role is $65,000-$75,000
