Our client is seeking a Junior Administrative Assistant to join their team. As a Junior Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the Procurement and Systems Optimization Secretariat (PSOS) supporting a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Administrative Assistant - Junior
**Location:** Edmonton, AB
**Job Description:**
+ Secure contract signatures from vendors and facilitate the procurement and exchange of contract documentation among stakeholders.
+ Maintain contracts within the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system, ensuring data accuracy.
+ Provide training and assistance regarding records management policies and procedures.
+ Manage user access and account information within procurement systems.
+ Act as a point of contact for stakeholders, processing and triaging all submitted requests.
**Qualifications:**
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and document formatting.
+ Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
+ Willingness to complete mandatory training courses upon hiring.
