Join Associa as a PART TIME Administrative Assistant and make a positive impact on the homeowners and community members we serve.

Work Hours:

20 hours a week.
\n
(4) hours a day, (5) days a week:
\n
Monday - Friday:8am-12pm or 9am-1pm or 10am-2pm.
\n
Daily responsibilities:
\n
\n\nMeet and greet homeowners, vendors, and contractors.\nResearch and respond to inquires in-person, by phone, and email.\nProvide crucial administrative support to the property management team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.\nAct as a central point of contact for internal and external communications, handling inquiries and coordinating information flow.\nMaintain accurate records, prepare reports, and assist with documentation to support effective property management.\nData entry, file documents, track information, and issue key FOBS.\nSend out HOA Violation notices to homeowners. Create and send out bimonthly newsletter.\nMass email homeowners to update them on community events, monthly meetings, HOA Rules and Regulations, and status of maintenance performed onsite.\nSchedule and coordinate maintenance vendors and contractors onsite.\nAssist homeowners in making monthly payments. Mange bill pays and bill backs to homeowners.\nBuild positive relationships with clients, tenants, and vendors, demonstrating a commitment to excellent customer service.\n\n Requirements\nKnowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level.\nProfessional customer service and communication skills.\nKnowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.) at a proficient level.\nAbility to communicate with multiple stakeholders, for example community managers, vendors, peers, clients.\nAble to work effectively with others in person and in group setting.\nAble to prioritize, manage time, and meet deadlines.\nAble to interpret verbal and/or written instructions at a proficient level.\nHigh School Diploma or GED Required.\nAt least one year of directly related or closely related experience.\n\n
