Administrative Assistant-Real Estate

Real Estate Asset Management oversees all lease-related activities for our expanding US portfolio of stores, distribution centers, and offices. As a Real Estate Administrator, you will delve into the commercial real estate sector, gaining valuable insights and knowledge about various lease aspects. You will collaborate closely with both internal and external partners, ensuring seamless operations and effective lease management. This position is a hybrid role with a minimum requirement of 3 office days per week. Additional office days may be necessary based on business needs and workload.
Process mail and distribute relevant documents to the appropriate departmentsOrganize and archive various paperwork, including printing, binding, and filing lease agreement documentsHandle weekly checklist procedure for Landlord requestsProcess estoppels and SNDAs for Landlord financing or sale of propertyReview and update landlord address change requests, including follow up for missing informationPerform quarterly SOX audits for internal compliance Research shopping center conditions for ongoing Co-Tenancy project and assisting team in verification of requirementsResolve Landlord questions or concernsProactively respond to questions, requests and research lease informationComplete special projects as assigned

Prior Administrative experience highly preferredSkilled in Excel, Word, and PowerPointExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong relationship-building and collaboration abilitiesExceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detailFlexible with job duties and assignmentsEfficient in high-volume environments while maintaining professionalismStrong multitasking and prioritization skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to follow through on tasksCapable of working independently and within a team, taking initiative when needed

This position has a starting pay range of $23.35 to $32.25 per hour.
