As the friendly face of our company, you’ll greet visitors and handle inquiries with professionalism and charm.


“What You’ll Do”

 

In this role you will collaborate with sales representatives, vendor partners, project managers and coordinators and others to:

General reception and front desk coverage for high volume corporate office.Answer, screen, direct telephone calls.Data Entry.Filing.General customer service.Administrative support sales, operations, and management teams.Inventory, ordering and stocking of corporate office suppliesReview and distribute department correspondence/mail.Assist with and/or assume responsibility for a variety of small projects within the department.Vendor Account Maintenance.Invoice reconciliation and trackingAssist in planning and execution of corporate office events.Certified Notary opportunity.Planning of departmental events.

Special Considerations:

Extended periods of time sitting and working on a computer.

 

The specific pay rate and level, if applicable, will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications, prior experience and location.
