Position Summary: Somerby Golf Club is seeking a dynamic and organized individual to serve as our Receptionist and Marketing Assistant. This dual role combines front-desk responsibilities with marketing and membership support to ensure a seamless member experience and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet members, guests, and vendors with professionalism and a welcoming attitude. Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, and assist with scheduling and reservations. Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across the club’s social media platforms to promote events, activities, and membership benefits. Membership/ Marketing Communications: Develop and send push notifications about club happenings and events. Assist in promotional digital marketing throughout club. Membership Coordination: Provide administrative support for membership initiatives, including onboarding new members, maintaining member records, and responding to membership inquiries. Event Assistance: Collaborate with the events team to promote and coordinate club events, ensuring a high-quality experience for all participants.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing tools, and basic design software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Customer service experience with a friendly and professional demeanor. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, member-focused environment and has a passion for both hospitality and marketing.

Compensation Range: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
