Part Time Administrative Assistant - Rice Lake, WI\n

Viking Coca-Cola is seeking an organized and detail oriented candidate to fulfill a part time clerical support role in our Rice Lake location.\n

Essential job duties will be:\n

*Assisting customers and employees by answering questions by mail, fax, phone, and in person.\n

* Use of office machines such as computers, copiers, fax, multi-line phone, currency counters\n

* Entering data using computers for inventory control, account maintenance, generating invoices.\n

*Supporting operations of the office including ordering supplies, filing and other tasks as needed.\n

*Counting money and recording data to reconcile route collections and prepare bank deposits.\n

*Completing accounts payable and accounts receivable paperwork.\n

*Completing petty cash and purchase order transactions.\n

*Prompting workplace safety by ensuring rules are followed and updating safety information.\n

*Completing weekly audits to ensure first aid kits and safety equipment are stocked.\n

* Scheduling random drug tests along with FROI doctor appointments.\n

* Receiving and distribution of incoming mail\n

* Assisting with new hire orientations\n

* Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.\n
\n

Qualified applicants will possess the following:\n

* Basic math skills\n

* Proficiency in 10-key functions\n

* Experience with Micro Soft Office Suite products\n

* Ability to operate multi-line phone systems\n

* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds in order to count money bags for deposits\n

* Ability to communicate in a professional manner with employees and customers\n

* Ability to work in a fast pace environment with frequent interruptions\n

* Demonstrated organizational skills\n

The position works primarily in an office setting, but may occasionally have to be in a warehouse environment.\n

Preferred Skills:\n

Previous experience in a clerical role preferred\n
