As an Administrative Assistant, you will:

Greet and proactively communicate via email and phone with prospective and enrolled families.Primary role will be scheduling for a center of 80-100+ employees when screening.Ensure licensing, attendance, and other files are current, confidential, and secure.Provide support where needed throughout the center.

Requirements:

Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:

At least 18 years of age with a high school degree or GED required

Have experience in scheduling for a center of 80-100+ employees when screening.

Compensation Range: $ 14.30- $ 16.30 / HR
