Administrative Assistant (Shipping and Receiving)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping/Receiving Clerk to join an established and  growing company in Orlando, FL. This role will be split between shipping, receiving, and office duties, requiring a versatile candidate who can excel in all environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the shipping and receiving operations within the facility, as well as performing administrative tasks in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all shipping and receiving operations. Process orders and shipments accurately and efficiently. Coordinate with carriers to ensure timely delivery and pick-up. Maintain accurate records using inventory management software. Perform data entry and inventory tracking. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners. Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in inventory management software and other relevant applications. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience in shipping/receiving or a related field is preferred
