Job Summary

Seasonal position April through October. Performs administrative duties as they relate to active construction projects.  Focus will be on completing tasks independently on time and providing positive customer service.  This position will wear several hats and support a variety of personnel and project staff as necessary. The ideal candidate would be available for the 2025 and 2026 construction season.

Main Responsibilities Provide administrative support to construction management staff. Coordinate and facilitate public outreach efforts related to active construction projects. Maintain shop equipment internal records. Complete clerical and office duties such as setting up filing systems, data entry, typing, copying, ordering office supplies, and other administrative tasks for special projects as requested. Coordinate meeting logistics and assist with travel arrangements. Demonstrates a positive image of the company to staff and clients; this shall include verbal and written communication. Job Requirements Organized, with good attendance and a positive attitude. Two years of administrative experience - previous administrative duties in a fast-paced office is preferred. High School diploma or equivalent and some college education preferred. At least 18 years of age due to nature of working environment. Valid drivers license Proficient in digital literacy, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook/Teams). Must be able to pass drug screening at time of hire and random testing throughout employment.
