Snow Sport University is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic supervisory team for the 2024/2025 winter season. Candidates should be computer savvy, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks with frequent interruptions, possess exceptional attention to detail, and bring a helpful, positive presence to the workplace.
Duties
Assist the Director, Operations Director, Administrative Manager, and Program Supervisors through the handling various office tasks. Responsible for the processing accurate attendance of all SSU programs in Resort Suite reservation software. Assists the Administrative Manager and Snow Sports University Management team in the completion of daily tasks, office projects, and special assignments. Responsible for greeting staff and customers with a friendly and positive demeanor. Daily data entry of camper counts into spreadsheet for end of season budget needs. Responsible for taking notes during daily staff meetings and distributing notes via e-mail. Monitors and answers multiple phone lines. Various filing projects, to include personnel files for all camp programs including SNAP. Assist with staff uniform inventory, distribution and collection. The cash and credit card sales of retail Burton & Helly Hensen items to SSU Staff. Assists with daily program check-in and scanning as needed. Field initial inquiries from SSU staff and direct them to the appropriate director, manager, or supervisor. Maintains and inventories FLAIK GPS units. Monitors the FLAIK GPS website and ensures scan accuracy. Responds, positively, to and resolves guest questions and comments when needed. Promotes and models safety policies and procedures. Perform any and all other tasks as assigned.
