Our client, a dynamic organization in the administrative sector, is seeking an Administrative Assistant Sr to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant Sr, you will be part of a collaborative environment supporting various teams. **Job Title:** Administrative Assistant Sr
**Location:** Oologah, OK
**Pay Range:** 30-31/hr
**What's the Job?**
+ Perform complex administrative support activities with limited supervision, ensuring confidentiality and discretion.
+ Draft and review memos, letters, and reports, maintaining a high level of accuracy.
+ Communicate effectively with management and customers regarding policies and procedures.
+ Utilize new technology to enhance administrative efficiencies and improve customer service.
+ Exhibit problem-solving skills and creativity in resolving unique situations under pressure.
**What's Needed?**
+ High school graduate or GED, with equivalent education preferred.
+ A minimum of 6 years of related experience in administrative roles.
+ Proficiency in office procedures and equipment, including office-oriented software.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
