Job Type: Temporary (Approx. 90 Days)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our clients Chief Operating Officer (COO) in daily operations. This role requires a proactive individual with strong administrative skills and the ability to assist with executive-level tasks. Work Experience
Key Responsibilities:Manage email correspondence, including drafting and responding to communicationsCoordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and manage the COO’s calendarPrepare presentations, reports, and documents using Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)Provide general administrative support to the executive teamMaintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalismPerform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:Previous experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word)Strong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environmentHigh level of professionalism and discretionHigh School Diploma or higher
