The successful Administrative Assistant to Operations will be responsible for various administrative tasks to support the Branch Manager in our dynamic and energetic environment. In this role, the ideal candidate will manage the operations team's timecards, attendance reports, and daily logs, ensuring that workloads are organized and prioritized effectively. This position requires onsite work from Monday to Friday.

 

Pay rate: $20.00 - $22.00/hour

Responsibilities

You will:

Support the Branch Manager, HR manager, department managers, and employees with routine, day-to-day questions and inquiries.Perform general clerical, data entry, and administrative tasks such as answering calls, making copies, filing, preparing files for scanning, and uploading them to the shared drive or emailing them to the operations team.Manage daily data entry in the HRIS (ADP eTIME) for operations teams. Ensure weekly payroll processing is accurate and timely. This task requires close attention to detail, regular audits, and updates to daily call-out logs and payroll adjustment forms to maintain high operational standards.Oversee the attendance policy point system by recording attendance violations, preparing disciplinary materials for managers, tracking signed documents, and uploading all relevant files.Manage and coordinate the process for obtaining signatures on important documents.Assists with planning and executing special events such as employee recognition events and holiday parties.Support project-based workPerform other departmental duties as assigned. Qualifications

You have:

Minimum of 2 years in an administrative-related roleBi-lingual and warehouse/union experience preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.Ability to prioritize tasks, uphold confidentiality, and operate with patience and integrity in a complex, high-profile, and rapidly changing environment is essential.Demonstrate good judgment and discretion.Ability to independently assess and resolve complex situations, shifting priorities as needed.Reliable transportation is required for travel (a driver’s license is required).
