Administrative Assistant to the Sr. Vice President, Human Resources

Make a difference.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will perform a variety of administrative functions to support the SVP of Human Resources.

In this role you will:

Maintain calendar for meetings, appointments, and travel

Screen communication, including mail, email, and telephone calls

Transcribe dictation, if required, by the Officer

Maintain office files and records

Perform special projects and assignments

May assist with compiling and developing a budget

Make travel arrangements

Maintain flow of correspondence and communications throughout the Company

What you bring to the table:

Minimum 3 years experience required; 4+ years experience preferred

2 year degree preferred:  Some college or business/secretarial schooling

Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, and related applications

Time management, multitasking, and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines

Oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel from employees to Board members

Customer service skills

Shorthand and Dictaphone skills if required by the Officer

Ability to handle confidential information

Compensation Details:

The expected pay rate for this position is starting at $28.00 per hour depending on experience.
