Key support position with strong computer, communication, accounting and organizational responsibilities. Relieves Trust Officer(s) of daily routine administrative duties as well as handles trust accounting system maintenance issues and maintenance projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receives incoming phone calls, dealing with routine inquiries and recording details for use by Trust Officer in responding to client's needs.
Takes detailed messages and assists with research as needed for return phone calls from Trust Officer.
Reviews mail and separates routine items.
Handles routine bill payments and remittance set up for trust clients.
Reviews overdraft report and coordinates maintenance with Trust Officer.
Reviews daily account activity and coordinates questions with Trust Officer.
Writes correspondence in coordination with Trust Officer.
Completes trust accounting system maintenance items.
Reviews daily tickler memo and related action items as needed.
Coordinates video conference facilities, physical conference rooms and other logistics related to client meetings as needed.
Assists with alternate coverage when Trust Officer is out of the office.
Completes specialized training for administrative tasks (Discretionary Request Form preparation, Adjustment Form preparation, Unique Asset Reviews).
Covers general receptionist function when necessary.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Banking is a highly regulated industry and you will be expected to acquire and maintain a proficiency in the Bank's policies and procedures, and adhere to all laws, rules and regulations that are applicable to your conduct and the work you will be performing. You will also be expected to complete all assigned compliance training in a timely manner.

Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Windows based computer skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office word processing and spreadsheet use.
Ability to build and work with Excel spreadsheets, including using formulas.
