The right candidate will perform administrative functions, such as answering phones, signing for packages, preparing presentations and reports, and maintaining correspondence files with vendors and departments within the division.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Perform general administrative assistanceResponsible for sorting and distributing division mailPrepare presentations, special reports, memoranda, and word processing. Compose letters and routine correspondenceMaintain responsibility for reception and telephone duties, including signing for packagesManage meetings and schedules for the division departmentsMay be required to coordinate and arrange division dinners and events, flights, hotels, rental cars and other travel related requestsAssist with corporate-driven initiatives such as Benefits open enrollment meetings, Camp Horton, Career Fairs, Internship program and other HR eventsAssist other departments as schedule allowsConducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the companyAbility to work overtime

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)One to two years of related experience and/or trainingPossess strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skillsAbility to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretionAbility to communicate and work with all levels of management and personnel Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detailComfortable with multi-tasking and prioritizing deadlinesAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applicationsProficiency with MS Office and emailAbility to sit for the majority of 8-hour workday; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral visionThe noise level is generally moderate

Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school a plusBilingual a plus
