Job Description As a Administrative Assistant you would be responsible for:
Greet all guests in a warm and professional manner. Understand and follow all processes as outlined in the Guest Training Manual SOP. Maintain a positive working relationship with Sales, Marketing and Admin. Accurately assign guests to a Sales Representative in the order they arrive. Distribute and collect Guest Registration Forms assisting guests with any questions they may have. Organize and schedule appointments. Plan meetings. Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. Develop and maintain a filing system. Update and maintain office policies and procedures. Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers Maintain contact lists. Provide general support to visitors. Act as the point of contact for internal clients as well as external clients.
