Full charge bookkeeper with administrative duties. Preparing reports and communicating with Office Directors, preparing monthly invoices, sending out invoices via email or on client portals, administrative setup of new projects,etc. Quickbooks Online (preparing and sending out invoices, A/P, A/R, preparing financial statements (including bala ... nce sheets and income statements), preparing leases, maintaining tenant files, processing payroll, communicating with prospective tenants, processing applications, coordinating third-party repair/maintenance appointments, property management, etc. Must be a self-starter, dependable, adaptable/flexible, detail-oriented, autonomies/independent, organized, capable of multitasking and prioritizing, professional and have strong telephone etiquette.
