Administrative/Bookkeeping Assistant

We’re seeking a **Temp Administrative/Bookkeeping Assistant** to support our Workplace Services and Facilities teams. This temporary role offers flexibility with hours and could lead to a **Temp-to-Hire** opportunity for the right person! **Job Details:** + **Schedule** : Monday - Friday, flexible hours from 8 AM - 5 PM or 9 AM - 6 PM (with ½ to 1 hour unpaid lunch) + **Pay** : $20.00 - $22.00/hour (slightly negotiable) + **Dress Code** : Casual (Jeans okay) + **Location** : Onsite in Saint Petersburg, FL + **Work Environment** : Fast-paced, always-changing, and requires a strong, assertive personality. **Key Responsibilities:** + Coordinate housekeeping calendar and set up conference room meetings. + Provide bookkeeping and administrative support to the campus manager and facilities supervisor. + Process invoices and purchase orders while maintaining an organized invoice/PO system. + Manage facilities work requests. + Assist with special projects and events (some after-hours work may be required). + Order and maintain office supplies. + Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations. + Follow all security protocols as outlined by the company. + Additional duties may be assigned as needed. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** + **Strong, assertive personality** with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision. + Excellent **time management** and **organizational skills** . + Ability to adapt quickly and overcome challenges in a dynamic work environment. + **Strong follow-up skills** and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. + Ability to communicate and respond to inquiries from managers, clients, and customers. + Proficiency in **Windows-based operating systems** and related software (Coupa software knowledge a plus). + Ability to process data, identify problems, and implement effective solutions. + Must be comfortable handling time-sensitive tasks with a keen attention to detail. + Ability to write simple correspondence and follow instructions.
