Administrative Business Partner, Geo
Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 3 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.). Preferred qualifications: + Experience supporting leaders of fluid, external customer-facing organizations including Go-to-market or Sales related Product Areas (PAs). + Experience building culture and relationships across global teams in multiple regions (EMEA, APAC, AMER). + Experience supporting global teams across multiple time zones as needed. + Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders including customers and executive leadership. + Excellent response to changing circumstances and priorities supporting large global teams across multiple time zones as needed. + Excellent flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and a dynamic work environment. As an Administrative Business Partner, you're at the heart of your team's business operations and activities and the soul that keeps your team moving forward. You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest Google products and services. You also use that knowledge to strategically support your team's projects. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions. We're adept at leading and managing a variety of simultaneous projects, which requires the particular talent of being able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. + Provide administrative support to the General Manager (GM) of Geo’s Automotive pillar, including complex calendar management, coordinating complex and global travel arrangements, Travel and Expense (T&E) budget tracking and processing expense reports. + Coordinate highly complex internal and external facing travel itineraries across the globe regularly, including customer, employee meetings and other critical stakeholder meetings. + Establish trust and partnership with cross-functional teams and C-Level executives of the organization you are supporting and across Geo. + Collaborate with Executive and Administrative Business Partners (E/ABPs) and customers in external engagements, serving as the main point of contact for liaising with Geo Auto. + Partner with E/ABPs across the organization and provide leadership to E/ABPs by supporting Geo-wide initiatives.
