We are now looking for a service minded Administrative Coordinator that will help shape and grow our global business support in Boston, USA.
Accountabilities:
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will provide administrative and PA-support to global leaders in a dynamic and complex business environment. You will also provide global operational and administrative support to staff in Late CVRM, focusing on our US-based colleagues. Responsibilities will vary from traditional administrative tasks, project coordination, design and preparation of presentation materials, management of SharePoint sites, f2f/virtual meeting facilitation to calendar management. You will collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues in global initiatives.
Essential Skills/Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required3 plus years of administration experience within a global environmentExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsRelevant experience of calendar management and administrationTech-savvy, proficient in Microsoft 365 and virtual meeting technologiesResourceful with ability to anticipate needs, manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines.Relevant administrative experience with senior stakeholdersDesired Skills/Experience:
