Job Description
The Administrator Coordinator provides support to the project site management and the division’s personnel office.
Essential Job Functions
Set up Field office with utilities, equipment, and supplies
Prepare and submit weekly hourly payrolls
Responsible for local purchases in accordance with company policy
Responsible for arranging the job sites travel and hotel needs
Prepares equipment and utilizations reports for the project
Responsible for job site onboarding
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
3+ years of administrative experience preferred, ideally in the construction industry
Proficient skills in standard office software packages
Ability to work a rotational schedule, 19 days on and 9 days off required
Willingness and ability to travel required
This position requires fluent use of the verbal and written English language
Required Certifications or Licenses
Driver’s license (must be able to submit a clean driving record)
Physical Requirements
Ability to board a vessel and climb vertical ladders
Ability to remain in seated stationary position for long periods of time
Ability to navigate around office to use equipment as needed
Light lifting (up to 50 lbs.) as needed
