Job Summary
The Administrative Coordinator provides administrative support for key marketing, communications, stewardship, and programmatic initiatives for the Advancement Communications and Donor Impact teams. The Administrative Coordinator performs a variety of advanced administrative duties, including budget monitoring and updating, coordination with external vendors, assisting with meeting scheduling, correspondence, travel, and file and database management and maintenance. The Administrative Coordinator acts as a liaison for the Office of Advancement Communications and Donor Impact with external and internal constituencies.
Minimum Qualifications
Five (5) or more years of related experience in an office setting independently performing a variety of office administrative support tasks.
Relevant combinations of education, training and experience may be considered.

Starting Salary/Rate
Expected hiring range: $22.00- $24.51
Pay transparency disclosure: The selected candidate’s salary will be determined based on factors that include the available budget, internal equity, and the final candidate’s qualifications, experience, education and other job-related credentials. This hiring range is provided as Rensselaer’s good faith estimate of the expected hiring range at the time of posting.
