Administrative Coordinator
Description Our client, a leading player in the construction industry in San Diego, California, is currently seeking a dedicated and highly organized Administrative Coordinator. Their ideal candidate has a passion for efficiency, helping teams remain organized and ensuring administrative tasks are executed effectively and efficiently. Job Responsibilities: + Perform administrative duties such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies inventory. + Assist with the preparation of project proposals, tenders, and presentations. + Coordinate and document office procedures for optimal productivity. + Filing and retrieval of project documents, records, and reports. + Handle and direct incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence. + Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors. + Assist in the organization and coordination of office operations and procedures. Requirements + Prior experience as an administrative assistant or coordinator, preferably within the construction industry. + Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with project management software. + Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. + Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. + High level of accuracy and keen eye for details. + Basic understanding of construction language and terminology is an advantage. Education and Experience: High School diploma is required. A degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
