The Role

Strive to provide the best customer experience every dayDispatch service requests to available technicians; act as liaison between technician and customer service team membersEfficient call handling and support to assist in driving positive field productivityKey and maintain accurate customer service history and service call recordsAssist daily with requesting locates as neededAccess, input and manage data in CSG, WFX, and ACSR, PenguinDataClose work orders using proper solution and clear codesAd hoc reporting as requestedSupport administrative functions of the officeOther duties as assigned Requirements 1+ year(s) of administrative support, transportation administration, office support or related experienceProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareBilingual (English/Spanish) fluency a plusPermitting experience a plusAbility to learn and utilize role specific equipment and softwareExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesAbility to function well in a high-paced environmentAbility to work independently, prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer while utilizing telephones, smart phones and headsetsValid form driver's license with satisfactory driving record (free from suspensions or revocations)Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)
