Responsibilities
Under the direction of the designated Manager or designee, the incumbent assists with the monitoring and facilitation of program activities as assigned, while ensuring a safe and secure environment for all who enter the Multiple Sclerosis Achievement Center. The incumbent also has initial responsibility for the smooth running of the unit in the best interest of patient care. Under general supervision, regularly performs a variety of supervisory and complex duties, as outlined below, involving review or processing which regularly requires the interpretation and application of specialize technical or program knowledge and exercises a high degree of independence, initiative and originality with little day-to-day supervision.

Experience:
Experience in a health care medical, clerical setting (3 years)Preferred supervisory experience.Education:
High School Diploma/GED - High SchoolDiploma/GEDAssociates degree or 5 years experience in health related field (Preferred)
Licensure:
BLS-CPR - within 6 monthsSpecial Skills:
Specific knowledge of regulatory requirements related to confidentiality, release of patient information and quality improvement.
