Our client, a private equity firm, is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join their NYC team. The hours are 8:30/9:30am-5:30pm and this role is hybrid with three days in the office and two days remote (flex required).

Responsibilities:

Support 4-5 bankers with administrative needsManage complex calendarsSchedule meetings and coordinate material preparationBook international/domestic travel including flights, hotels, and ground transportationProcess and submit expensesComplete ad hoc projects as needed

Qualifications:

Degree required5-10+ years of administrative support experience out of financial servicesExperience with global travelMust be tech savvyProactive and confident professionalAbility to manage up

Compensation/Benefits:

Up to $105-110K base depending on experience + overtime + bonusMedical, Dental, and Vision coverage Company contributes 15% to retirement fund vested after year one18 PTO days and 100 hours of sick time401K
