You will act as the center of control and people rely on your support and skill to keep things running smoothly as you take care of budgets, expenses, ordering supplies, answering calls and emails.

How you will contribute

You will: 

Provide essential administrative support while building strong relationships with those you assist.Handle tasks related to budgeting, expense tracking, and purchasing processes.Answer phone calls and emails, addressing inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.Manage document filing and archiving in compliance with legal and company guidelines.Prepare and update reports, and maintain accurate data in internal systems.Coordinate travel arrangements, events, meetings, and training sessions as required.Take on special projects and assignments as they arise.

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

Previous experience in administrative or support roles.Ability to respond flexibly and efficiently to stakeholders at various management and senior management levels.Strong customer service skills with a high level of responsiveness.Good level of English proficiency and Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Advantageous experience in small-scale purchasing, such as office supplies and one-time services.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.A keen eye for detail coupled with a proactive, can-do attitude.Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and respond effectively.
