RESPONSIBILITIES: + Provide high level administrative support and coordination for Customer Experience & Engineering Services. + Maintain records and information, coordination of various functions and scheduling staff for work activities and training to meet project and other schedules. + Responsible for keeping office supplies and equipment maintained. + Track delivery metrics, enter data, prepare reports, and verify information. + Gather and organize information for use in meeting job objectives and to provide to others. + Provide support for meeting scheduling, event coordination, expense reconciliation, customer and project communication efforts, including maintenance of mailing lists, assistance with mailings, etc. + Assist with internal meetings and external outreach activities, such as customer, community, and project related outreach events. REQUIRED EDUCATION: + High school diploma or equivalent. + Administrative/Office courses, certificate, or degree may be preferred. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: + Two years or more job related experience. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: + This position will report regularly in person to Duluth, MN. + Must possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and proficient computer skills. + Effective performance in this position requires a positive, self-motivated team player. + Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills. + Requires good interpersonal skills to establish and maintain collaborative and productive working relationships. + This position may be subject to assessment of skills, job match and/or aptitude. BENEFITS: + The expected hourly compensation range for this position is $22.60 – $27.40. Compensation offered to the selected candidate will vary depending on relevant knowledge, skills, training, experience, and market conditions.
