As the Administrative Coordinator you will provide administrative support, including but not limited to calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
Manage calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.Draft and edit professional correspondence such as emails, letters, presentations, and reports, while consistently demonstrating exceptional attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.Answer phones and emails in a courteous and professional manner, directing inquiries to the appropriate team member.Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and ensure timely distribution of action items.Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information and documents.Coordinate projects.Arrange and facilitate onsite meetings as needed.Collaborate with the leadership to develop, update, and maintain merchandising policies and procedures.Ensure clear and consistent communication of these policies across teams, with an emphasis on accuracy and clarity in all documentation.Prepare, format, and proofread detailed reports, presentations, and other documents using advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Collaborate effectively with other associates and departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency across the organization.Actively participate in learning initiatives offered such as training programs, workshops, and webinars.Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external support to others, assisting with inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.Demonstrate behaviors that exemplify Rural King’s Values: People First, Integrity, Attitude, Initiative, Teamwork, Accountability, and Continuous Improvement.Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Qualities for Success
At least 5 years of administrative experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.Comfortable navigating computer systems and software to assist others or manage activities.Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills.Excellent customer service skills.Demonstrated ability to actively listen, ask relevant questions, and provide thorough and articulate responses.Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.Proven track record of consistently producing error-free work and meeting quality standards.
Physical Requirements
Ability to maintain a seated or standing position for extended durations.Capability to lift 15 pounds periodically.Ability to navigate and access all facilities.Skill to effectively communicate verbally with others, both in-person and via electronic devices.Close vision for computer-related activities.

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $18.00 per hour and is bonus eligible. Exact compensation is determined by factors such as relevant geographic location, education, certifications, experience, job level, shift, and organizational needs. Eligible associates may also receive overtime pay in compliance with applicable laws.
