Administrative Coordinator
Description We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing essential administrative support, and managing a variety of office functions. This role requires a meticulous individual with strong leadership skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities • Facilitate a detail-oriented and inviting environment for visitors and clients through expert management of front desk operations • Oversee office management duties such as scheduling meetings, stocking office supplies, and organizing files • Develop and implement training programs aimed at enhancing staff skills and increasing overall productivity • Use financial tracking, budgeting, and vendor management tools such as QuickBooks to ensure optimal resource allocation • Promote a collaborative work environment by supervising and supporting team members • Maintain relationships with vendors and ensure timely delivery of services and supplies through effective coordination • Assist in medical office management tasks as needed, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations • Handle customer inquiries and monitor customer accounts • Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently • Keep accurate customer credit records. Requirements + Proven experience in office administration or a similar role is preferred. + Familiarity with front desk operations and customer service best practices. + Experience with training development and team management is highly desirable. + Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is an asset. + Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with staff and clients professionally.
