Description
We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator based in Scottsdale, Arizona. The primary function of this role is to manage donor services within our database and fundraising efforts. This role will involve regular interaction with various internal and external audiences and is based in-office.
Responsibilities:
• Managing and maintaining the donor database, including the entry of all gifts and creation of batch files.
• Handling gift solicitation and thank you calls to new, existing, and lapsed donors.
• Overseeing the donor acknowledgement process, including writing custom letters.
• Providing support for fundraising event efforts as assigned.
• Acting as a liaison for corporate sponsorships and for direct mail and data services vendors.
• Managing event registrations and updating records with new phone numbers, addresses, email, and other pertinent information.
• Assisting with follow-up calls to guests and maintaining online event registration pages.
• Overseeing the Senior Rides program and acting as a liaison between the organization and the transportation company.
• Tracking mission participants and preparing and sending communications related to meetings and other related information.
• Performing light administrative duties as needed.
Requirements • Demonstrated experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Experience in answering inbound calls in a detail-oriented and courteous manner.
• Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling appointments.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of Blackbaud software is a plus.
• Strong data management skills, with the ability to organize, categorize, and process information efficiently.
• Experience in database administration, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Experience in handling donations and understanding the process.
• Background in fundraising, including planning and executing fundraising campaigns.
• Familiarity with fundraising databases and their management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple fundraising campaigns simultaneously.
• Experience in fundraising management, including strategy development and implementation.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to solve problems and handle complaints effectively. TalentMatch®
