Description We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team in the non-profit sector, located in Los Angeles, California. The role centers around data management and customer service, requiring proficiency in Excel, CRM systems, and other relevant software. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate vendor coordination, leveraging strong Excel and data entry skills.
• Manage budget processes, ensuring fiscal responsibility within the organization.
• Coordinate meetings using tools such as Cisco Webex.
• Handle inbound calls, providing excellent service to all callers.
• Maintain an organized calendar, ensuring smooth operations within the team.
• Utilize ADP - Financial Services for relevant tasks.
• Create and manage banner ads as part of promotional activities.
• Use Concur for any necessary travel and expense management.
• Leverage the 'About Time' tool for efficient time management.
• Ensure clear and effective communication across all levels of the organization. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services, demonstrating a thorough understanding of financial management within the non-profit sector
• Practical experience in creating and managing Banner Ads, showcasing strong visual communication skills
• Expertise in using Cisco Webex Meetings for coordinating and conducting virtual meetings and webinars
• Familiarity with Concur software for effective travel and expense management
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to effectively manage and analyze customer interactions and data
• Experience with About Time software for accurate project and workforce management
• Capability to handle Answering Inbound Calls, demonstrating strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Knowledge of Budget Processes, showing a keen understanding of financial planning and control in the non-profit sector
• Experience in Calendar Management, ensuring efficient scheduling and time management
• Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders
