ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems, Pedestrian Door Solutions is seeking an Administrative Coordinator situated in the Westlake, OH. office. This position will report to the Branch Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Greet employees and visitors Provide administrative and clerical support Processes and organizes documents including preparing bids Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing mail Answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner Ability to implement standard office procedures/practices and able to operate office equipment Perform other administrative functions as directed.Requirements:
3-5 years of Administrative Assistant experience in fast paced environment College Degree preferred but not a must. Professional appearance. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Solid computer skills and familiar with MS office products, Word, Excel and electronic spreadsheets. Detail oriented and strong organizational skills. Ability to multi-task and problem solve. Ability to work well within a team environment as well as independently. Ability to work well under pressure. Positive attitude. Flexibility to work overtime if workload demands it.
