Administrative Coordinator
Description This is an administrative/front desk opening handling various clerical duties and responsibilities. Responsibilities: -Assisting with quotes (quotes will already be in the system and will need to be typed up and sent out - some days they get 9 and some days they get 0) -Filing documents (there will be a A LOT of filing as they file every document, invoice, blueprint, etc. nothing is digitalized) -Printing/scanning blueprints -Ordering office supplies -Answering inbound calls and transfer to appropriate person -Basic projects within word and excel -Additional clerical responsibilities as needed Skills Administrative support, Clerical, Microsoft office, Filing, Front desk, Customer service Additional Skills & Qualifications Must haves: *Personality is huge for this opening. Need someone who is a people person and enjoys working with others* Clerical/administrative experience minimum 3 years Filing (knows their ABCs) Microsoft word Microsoft excel (basic) Professional phone skills Comfortable working for a small family-owned company Nice to haves: Understanding of quotes Ordering supplies Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
