POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Administrative Coordinator for the Technician Development Department plays a key role in supporting the department’s day-to-day functions and assigned projects. This includes managing correspondence, organizing and monitoring projects, and ensuring the successful completion of on-going assigned functions. This full-time, non-exempt position reports to the Senior Director of Technician Development.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implement and represent CARD policy enthusiasticallyRepresent CARD professionally and ethically to internal and external stakeholdersAdhere to strict confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines, ensuring patient information is protected at all timesAssist in creating and modifying CARD proprietary information using Microsoft Word, Excel, and/or PowerPointAssist in creating and managing CARD proprietary information using various application software such as Canva and SkyPrepWork effectively and positively with center and department leaders to ensure successful execution of initiativesProvide administrative support to the department in assigned project-based workConduct and report on audits as needed related to department functionsImplement and monitor special project initiativesAssist with the on-going development and maintenance of department operationsManagement of employer and patient propertyOther duties as assignedREQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent requiredPrior experience in administration or related field preferredEnglish proficiency, both verbal and written, is requiredProximity to a center location highly preferredKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Strong organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeProficiency with design tools such as CanvaAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with a strong operational focusAbility to work well under pressure and adapt to changing environmentsFamiliarity with LMS application systemsWORK ENVIRONMENT:
Includes both remote and a typical office environment, with minimal exposure to excessive noise or adverse environmental issues.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
