Administrative Coordinator
Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity in the healthcare and social assistance industry for an Clinical Research Coordinator in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will be working closely with the Research Manager & Scientist, focusing on research study start-up, Institutional Review Board (IRB) submissions, and study project coordination. Responsibilities: • Coordinating research studies, including participant enrollment and project management • Preparing and submitting applications to the Institutional Review Board (IRB) • Conducting detailed quantitative and qualitative research analysis • Utilizing skills in quantitative and qualitative research methodology for project execution • Assisting in the writing and preparation of research grants • Managing calendars and ensuring smooth communication within the team • Ensuring compliance with the Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) • Analyzing and interpreting statistical data for clinical study reports • Upholding our mission of affirming the human right to reproductive health and freedom • Carrying out other related duties as assigned by the Research Manager & Scientist Requirements • Demonstrated expertise in Calendar Management is essential • Excellent Communication skills are required • Prior experience in Clinical Research is needed • Familiarity with Human Subjects Research is a must • Proven ability in Qualitative Research is required • Experience in Quantitative Research is crucial • Proficiency in Research Analysis is indispensable • Demonstrated skills in Data Analytics is necessary • Knowledge of Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set is important • Proficiency in Quantitative Data Analysis is required • Experience in Statistical Data Analysis is vital • Prior experience in drafting Clinical Study Report is needed • Experience in sexual and reproductive health research preferred If you have 1+ years of direct Clinical Research Experience please call 651-293-8033 TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
