Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator in Alameda, California. This role involves a hybrid work arrangement, with the majority of tasks being performed remotely. The job function is primarily in the financial services industry, with a focus on administrative tasks pertaining to grant applications within government organizations.
Responsibilities:
• Assist education and childcare providers or non-profit organizations in understanding and applying for grants.
• Conduct outreach initiatives through emails and phone support.
• Scrutinize grant applications for accuracy and eligibility.
• Maintain detailed documentation and track records of grant applications.
• Support and facilitate training sessions, including those during evening or weekend hours.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any concerns raised by providers.
• Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom for communication and coordination.
• Apply CRM techniques to manage customer relationships and interactions effectively.
• Participate in budget processes and manage financial data using ADP.
• Handle inbound calls and manage calendars efficiently. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services software for managing company finances
• Experience in creating and managing Banner Ads for marketing purposes
• Familiarity with Cisco Webex Meetings for effective remote communication and collaboration
• Knowledge of Concur software for efficient travel and expense management
• Skilled in using CRM systems to manage customer relationships and interactions
• Proficiency in About Time software for effective project and resource management
• Experience in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent customer service skills
• Understanding of budget processes, with the ability to assist in budget planning and control
• Capable of managing calendars, scheduling and coordinating meetings or appointments
