Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator in the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry. Based in Ontario, California, the selected candidate will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities, including data analysis, report preparation, and event support.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately and efficiently process and analyze data for various projects
• Ensure timely reporting and maintain precise records
• Compile, organize, and prepare detailed reports for multiple purposes
• Assist in the assembly of informational packets for various needs
• Provide logistical support and coordination for event planning
• Manage calendars and communication channels effectively
• Oversee budget processes and ensure their accurate implementation
• Handle inbound calls professionally and provide necessary assistance
• Maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems to ensure smooth operations
• Utilize software like ADP - Financial Services, Banner Ads, Cisco Webex Meetings, Concur, and About Time for various administrative tasks. Requirements • Demonstrated experience in the Healthcare, Hospitals, or Social Assistance industry
• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is required for financial management tasks
• Knowledge of Banner Ads is beneficial for promotional activities
• Familiarity with Cisco Webex Meetings for organizing and managing remote meetings
• Experience with Concur for travel and expense management
• Proficiency in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to manage and analyze customer interactions and data
• Experience with About Time software for effective time management
• Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls professionally and efficiently
• Knowledge of Budget Processes for managing financial resources effectively
• Excellent Calendar Management skills to organize and schedule appointments
