Responsibilities
Performs complex, specialized function-related administrative tasks with little to no supervision.  Including coordinating a variety of programs and assisting in budget preparation.Coordinates and organizaes meetings, paper work and filing systems.Maintains records and insures compliance with applicable regulatory agencyMakes travel arragnements, schedules appointments, meetings, conferrences and other activities of the department or programAssists in the preparation of materials and miscellaneous documents specific to programOrders and manages supplies for departmentAnswers phones and responds to inquiries and appropriately routes requestsSchedules surgical procedure for departmentsAssists in budget preparationMonitors operational and capital budgetsReviews prototcals, activities and informed consents to ensure regulatory needs are met where appropriateMaintains databases for department or functionInputs information, runs reports, collects, records, queries and analyzes dataRecommends and develops processes and procedures to improve efficiencyWrites desktop procedures and assists in training othersCompiles, analyzes, and processes statistical data/reports for program and/or departmentIdentifies trends and tracks for managementConducts research and assists with departmental projects as requested
Qualifications
MINIMUMHigh School Diploma/GEDFive years related experiencePREFERREDAA Degree
