Administrative Coordinator
Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator located in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The chosen candidate will be part of a team that manages various administrative tasks for technical decision-makers. This role will require you to work in a remote setting, providing support to various groups within the organization. Responsibilities: • Assist with the coordination of administrative tasks for technical decision-makers • Manage project scheduling and tracking, ensuring all projects are completed on time • Maintain a database of all relevant project information • Provide exceptional customer service, answering queries, and resolving any issues promptly • Participate in both web-based and in-person training sessions • Work collaboratively with other team members to streamline processes • Contribute to the development of new processes following the merger of different companies • Assist in the management of 403b with match pension plan employer and vision identity theft covered plans • Offer support during the consolidation of different management systems • Ensure consistent presence during the agreed-upon working hours. Requirements • Proven experience as an Administrative Coordinator or similar role • Exceptional customer service skills with a customer-first mindset • Proficient in project scheduling and tracking, ensuring timely completion of tasks • Strong skills in scheduling, capable of managing multiple calendars and setting appointments • Experience with database management, including data entry, organization, and reporting • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong problem-solving abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook • A proactive approach to work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
